Scars to Stars is a collaboration of hope for the hopeless. An open letter, if you will, to those who are struggling from those who have struggled and overcome. I think this book would be very beneficial for young people.
With all the things going on in our world today, it is important that the future generations learn resilience, not only by experiencing hard times, but by hearing from those who have fought and won. I especially enjoyed Helpers Can't Need Help by James Boomhower about his struggle to ask for help as a first responder.
So often our first responders believe that they can't ask for help because it is a sign of weakness or shame. When in reality it is quite the opposite. These people, the helpers, see and experience things everyday that no human should ever endure. James highlights this in his chapter and invites our frontline healthcare workers for ask for help. This book is a must read!!

Editorial Review for Scars to Stars Volume Five
"This book is a moving collection of real-life stories that honestly walks through both heartbreak and hope.
The authors don't shy away from tragedy, but each story ultimately points readers toward courage, resilience, and the possibility of healing.
What stoodout most to me was the reminder that even in life's hardest moments, people can still find faith,
strength, and purpose.
It's an encouraging read for anyone needing hope that difficult seasons do not have the finalword."

This book is not just a book; it’s a creation.
Scars to Stars is full of courage, compassion, honesty, and gives us all hope.
I am deeply moved by the stories and the frankness and fearlessness with which they are told.
We see and feel the vulnerability and strength, the trauma and the triumph in the storytellers’ life narratives.
The heartfelt stories are a gentle reminder that we are not alone in this life, that all life is interconnected,
and that life is worth living. What a profoundly beautiful book!
